Because the products sold here on www.greentogolunchware.com are to be used for food, for hygienic purposes we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased unless they are found to be defective.

Should you find a product you purchase to be defective, please contact us immediately by email at contactgreentogo@yahoo.com . Defective products can be exchanged for a replacement within two weeks of purchase.
